We are Software as a Service company that is re-thinking and fundamentally altering the business processes of industrial enterprises. As a member of our Board, Ron provides high level strategic oversight to the Visur team. His wealth of experience as a Founder and past CEO of the company was critical to our success. Ron’s focus is now on guidance and the enduring vision of the company.
Mr. Johannesson has extensive leadership experience across diverse business and technology areas and is widely considered one of Western Canada’s preeminent IT leaders and visionaries. As Founder and CEO of Techworks, one of Calgary’s most longstanding and reputable Information Technology system integrators, Ron has been called upon to creatively resolve almost every conceivable technology-related business problem.
Ron has applied his deep knowledge and expertise in the oil and gas sector to create a Software as a Service platform that truly revolutionizes how companies build, manage and modernize highly complex, asset-heavy operational environments.
Guy Pallister

Guy Pallister is an accomplished and visionary software executive with over 25 years of progressive management experience in both the enterprise technology and oil and gas industries.
As a Founder of the company and now our Chief Technology Officer, Guy’s acute insight into how data flows through an organization can be harnessed, analyzed and managed in a revolutionary new methodology is at the heart of Visur’s DNA. Guy’s dynamic and informed leadership of our developers, infrastructure and technology is what drives us forward to one of the most innovative digital platforms our of generation.
Prior to his decade long venture building scalable cloud software, Mr. Pallister designed and led revenue strategy and operations for Zedi Solutions, a Cloud IoT platform for Oil and Gas. During his four-year tenure at Zedi, Guy grew the company’s revenue from $5 Million to $60 Million and firmly positioned Zedi as one of the fastest growing software companies in Western Canada.
Tom Morgan
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Tom comes to us with a diverse range of experience, knowledge and proven capability with a deep background in technology and software.
Through his time in marketing, communications, publishing and investor relations Tom has worked for numerous publicly listed companies at all stages of the stock listing process.
Mr. Morgan knows the space that Visur is working in very well, he was at the forefront of web delivered software technology, running a successful SaaS platform in the mid 2000’s.
He has brought embedded software technology products to market internationally working with R&D, software, design and technology teams in UK, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, US, Canada and the Philippines with manufacturing in China.
Tom is excited by what Visur has to offer our clients and is applying all of his experience to bring the Founder’s original vision to life.
